This financial management package is specifically developed for small charities where financial management skills or resources may be limited - The guide and spreadsheets are at a basic level of operation, do not need extensive bookkeeping or excel knowledge to use, very user friendly and can be learned quickly. It allows your to report your financial affairs in simpler cost effective way to your donors, as well as the The Charity Commission.

This package includes a day-to-day bookkeeping interconnected excel spreadsheets with a comprehensive guide how to use it. This allows you to input and track incoming funds and outgoing expenses, and generate management information and graphs for reporting. It also has a basic reporting element that automatically generates your reports for submission to the Charities Commission.

Included with the Bookkeeping solution is the Financial Management Guide - this gives you an overview and requirements to effectively manage your small charity's finances and reporting. (based on the Charities Commission requirements). Also included are template documents (Microsoft Office formats) with procedures and policies to brand and adapt for your specific charity.
